My modalities include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Cupping and John F. Barnes Myofascial Release Approach. I also include and Trigger Point techniques in my practice. Modalities

Swedish

Designed specifically to enhance circulation and blood flow to muscles. Encouraging total body relaxation

Deep Tissue

Techniques are used to physically break down muscle "knots" or adhesion's (bands of painful, rigid tissue) that can disrupt circulation and cause pain, limited range of motion, and inflammation. Deep tissue does not have to be painful for it to be effective

Cupping

Cupping is a form of massage therapy which decompresses soft tissues using vacuum suction, unlike other forms of massage that compresses soft tissues. Cups can be placed on your back, stomach, arms, legs or other parts of your body. Inside the cup, a vacuum or suction force pulls skin upward, pulling blood up to skin level, aiding in blood circulation, often leaving circular discolorations on the skin. Cupping is a form of traditional Chinese and Middle Eastern medicine

My pricing is based on length of massage treatment. My massage treatment is specific to your needs and is most often a blend of modalities to reach your wellness goals. Forms of payment accepted are cash, credit card, venmo, cashapp, zelle and paypal. A 3% Credit Card Service Fee will be added to all credit card transacions.
